Recycled Roadways has won a 3-year contract to handle aggregates at the Isle of Grain port for construction products company Holcim.
The contract will involve relocating monthly consignments of crushed granite and marine aggregate discharged at the port’s radial conveyor belt storage area to site stocking areas where it will be loaded onto train or road going trucks.
Approximately 25% of the material will be processed at our facility on-site using crushing/screening to generate asphalt and concrete aggregates for distribution throughout the South East.
