Our experience of working at the Port of Tilbury was a factor in us winning a tender to provide aggregate handling services. Previous work to process and generate aggregates on-site for the development of Tilbury 2, where we built a strong partnership with the Port’s site team, gave us an edge over our competitors.
The contract will see us relocate 400- 500,000 tonnes of aggregates from the Port’s radial conveyor to waiting rail containers and road-going vehicles bound for various locations throughout the South of England.
